Flu Season Is Coming: What Comes First — and What May Matter When Symptoms Linger

Why vitamin D comes next

Why liposomal vitamin C is different

Vitamin C supports immune-cell function and antioxidant defense, but liposomal vitamin C is about delivery technology. The vitamin is packaged in lipid-based particles intended to change gastrointestinal delivery and improve bioavailability compared with ordinary oral vitamin C. That is why the formulation itself matters — not because “liposomal” turns vitamin C into an influenza treatment.
